Sam is the son of Ewen and Chirsty MacKinnon, 6 Aird-Na-Cille, Scalpay and the grandson of Donald J. and Mary MacDonald, 6 Horgabost, Harris and of the late William and Marion MacKinnon, 6 Blackhill, Scalpay.
